2.1 Unlimited Buffet Guidelines & Food Policy

• Dine-In Only: All Unlimited Buffet meals (Soups, Cold Salads, Garlic Breads, Panini, Unlimited Pizzas, International Dishes, and Desserts) are strictly valid for dine-in consumption only. Takeaway, doggy bags, or packing of leftover buffet items is strictly prohibited.
• Individual Pricing: Buffet rates (Lunch / Dinner, Adult / Child) are levied per individual diner. Sharing a single buffet plate among multiple guests is not permitted.
• Child Buffet Eligibility: Child buffet rates are applicable exclusively for children meeting outlet age/height thresholds (typically up to 10 years or under 4 feet). Proof of age may be politely requested by branch hosts.
• Zero Food Wastage Responsibility: Real Paprika honors and values food. We encourage guests to take portions they can comfortably enjoy. Excessive, deliberate food wastage may incur a nominal green levy at the outlet manager's discretion.
• Menu Availability: While we strive to maintain our entire 9-course spread across all branches daily, specific salad ingredients or pizza toppings may vary based on seasonal fresh market supply.

2.2 Table & Party Bookings

• Online reservation requests submitted through this website constitute a booking request and are confirmed subject to table availability and outlet seating capacity.
• Reserved tables are held for a grace period of 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time during peak hours before being released to walk-in patrons.
• Large banquet bookings (20+ guests) for birthdays, kitty parties, or corporate reunions may require direct verbal coordination and an advance deposit directly with the branch management.

2.3 Franchise Inquiry Disclaimer

Submitting a Franchise Inquiry form does not constitute an offer of franchise, financial commitment, or contractual guarantee by RLS Foods LLP. Franchise approvals are granted following structured background verification, financial vetting, territory feasibility studies, and execution of formal legal Franchise Agreements. Financial estimates provided on the website represent historical guidelines and are subject to change based on store format and market dynamics.
